Tortoise vs Turtle
It is not so easy to remember
the difference between a tortoise & turtle.
Fortunately, this poem helps me learn better.
Its good to know that turtle rhymes with water.
Because of that, turtle needs to be a swimmer.
That is why its toes webbed together
which is called flippers.
So, which lives longer?
That actually depends on their predator!
I really hope it is not due to human factor!(Nov'09)

The Earth I Love
I wonder how those plant, leaf and flower
ever know that I am in love.
They have given me oxygen,food & shelter
in exchange for my carbon dioxide & toxic matter.
Whenever I am feeling down,
having them around made me better.
They started from a tiny seed and I a tiny ovum egg,
that suggest that we started off quite similar.
We depend on each other,
my mother earth I love.
I'll protect you the way you have silently served. (Sep09)

Fathers and mothers, you are great!
When you guide your children along,
you have created a stake.
The yield is that they will be great
not just by the grades.
This is not a fake, it is very accurate!

teach everything for their sake.

The power of time
It takes:
Months for babies to be fully formed,
Hours for them to be born,
Weeks for families to build the bond.
Before we know it,
Minutes and seconds are gone.
All that time left for us,
Memories we fond
And much more beyond (Jun'09)

Gravity, money, family!
What on earth is gravity?
Is it electricity for harmony?
It holds us on earth so easily,
with lovely mommy & daddy
who work diligently for money.
They buy us many thingy,
and make us very happy,
especially when they keep us accompany! (Apr'09)

Ready get set go, very far I will go
Not to the black hole, but what is useful to know
Ready get set go, to the quest for the goal
Not about plus, minus nor zero, but how much I can hold
